syncdoom: lobby -- deh= wadset key + FreeDM wadset

- syncdoom_lib.js: a wadset may now specify deh = <patch[,patch...]>; it's built
into -deh args and required-present like the WADs, so a mod shipping a DeHackEd
patch can be curated.
- syncdoom.ini: document the deh key; add the FreeDM wadset (free deathmatch IWAD).
